Ferrier Engineering designed and detailed of custom pipe clamps used for installation of 500m of 1000mm diameter HDPE pipe.
The pipeline was welded and assembled on shore with the inclusion of concrete ballast evenly spaced along the pipe. The complete pipeline was then pulled into position via the custom pipe clamps and tugboat.
The supports were designed for 40 tonne pulling loads.
