This project involved measurement of the existing site, then design and specification of replacement clarifier rake and flocculator gear motors, sprockets, chains and custom machined mounting plates. Access around the drives was modified to comply with AS/NZS 1657.
This project involved the full replacement of the clarifier rake system. This included the gearmotor, shaft assembly, bearings and rake arms. A custom greasing purge ports and a labyrinth seal arrangement were design to increase the maintainability and service life of the bearings.
This project involved replacement of clarifier rake drive. The gearmotor was replaced along with the chain and gear drive.
